In another nostalgic tribute to my childhood faves, I bought a pinafore dress! This look really goes to show how workwear can be fun too. Working in a creative environment, the clothing rules are pretty loose, but a dress like this could work in a more corporate/office environment; just add a pair of heeled sandals rather than the old loafers I slipped on, et voilà, smart minus the boring bit. The dungaree-like back really gives the dress an element of humour/quirkiness which I tend to look out for in the pieces I buy.
